hahaha!!! my neck’s been saved! fo the time being, that is…. a good friend of mine (actually, he’s the treasurer of PETUNIA, our club) pinged and said ‘Yo! D’you want me to give you $43 cash or deposit it in ur account?’ Tsugoi!! Now i’ll have exactly $65.08… huhu…

I guess it’s like what the Ayat 1000 Dinar says:

imagine two more months like this…. hmmm… this is only two months… imagine our brothers and sisters in Palestine who haven’t been paid their rightful salaries for 6 months! add to that the constant threat of being shot at by the Israeli Occupation Force’s snipers, while playing football….

What a busy few weeks it’s been, Israel’s gone to war with Lebanon, oh, no, Hizbullah? Lebanon?  New Zealand’s changed their coins, Mel Gibson got in trouble with the Jews, Microsoft introduces an iPod contender, strange(=wonderful) clouds appear over Antarctica, budak baru baru sampai, PetSA for OZ & NZ did a sweeping tour, and I have a handful (make that two, or maybe three) of assignments….

Hmmm… let’s start with the good stuff, skiin at Mt. Ruapehu, supposedly where New  Line Cinemas filmed the Lord of the Rings… o0o0o… very cool (literally), very tiring, very scary! Yup, it was… and who’d have thought snowboarding could be so difficult? well, the seniors did, for one… they were saying all along, "snowboarding susah, biak amek ski je…". But did we listen? nooooooo….. ahaha!! but having said that, it was still great! sakit2 tuh can be expected, but what i didn’t expect was for sakit perut, … sorry, very few pictures…

then there’s the academic story… alhamdulillah, clear skies…. but the workload… i can’t tell if it got lighter or heavier…. hmmm, just when i thought i’d seen the end of essays and mini-theses….

then next week there’s the Islam Awareness Week (IAW), a week of general da’wah that’s gonna be taking place all over New Zealand (in most places with Muslims, insyaAllah)….
